Working with an Architect to design your custom home should be simple.  You already have an idea of what you want.  Our job is to bring out the best parts of your idea and have it fit within your budget and your particular property.

You will provide us with basic information about the size, location, style, must-haves, must-not-haves, along with up to 10 images that captures the essence of what you are after.

We will take that information and craft together a custom designed house.  We will revise and adjust the plans up to 2 times to make sure it is to your liking.  Additional changes incur additional fees.

We will provide a complete set of clean, concise, accurate Architectural Plans.
